iDeemlawfulThe fatal accident that took place yesterday around 9pm has claimed many lives as earlier reported.
According to the statement made available to iDeemlawful by another eyewitness who pleaded unofficial.
Confirmed to us: “Five lives was claimed through the fatal motor accident that occurred at the University of Ilorin yesterday which were the korope driver, his wife , two daughters and the driver of the lexus car”.
According to the witness, “the driver of the lexus car coming headon towards the korope drive on full speed, the korope driver, his wife and two daughters were at the front, with one corps member at the back and four student of the university.”

“The driver of the lexus must have snapped out because there was no break scratch which means he was not trying to maneuver or hold the break, the korope driver tried his possible best to leave the road for the lexus but unfortunately there was an impact which was very bad.”
“The korope bus was a total write off with people trying to use axe to ark the passengers out of the bus. The family of four died on the spot, only one of the five passengers at Back was conscious while the rest was taken to the intensive care unit of the university of ilorin teaching hospital.”
“The driver of the lexus car died at the hospital after all effort to revive them prove abortive, other passengers of the lexus are still at the hospital, concious but unstable.” added
“The son of the korope drivers family keeps on calling at the point of the incidence.”
“Information gathered from the korope association ascertained the fact that the driver did not work throughout yesterday, he just came to pick up his family at end of the day because the wife sells in the university.”
