Fatal accident reportedly occurred at the University of Ilorin. iDeemlawful reports
The accident is reported to have occurred along the varsity road, at some few meters to the senior staff quarters junction, closer to the junction of Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
According to what is reported by an eye-witness, the accident involved a private car and a korope bus.(sic)
According to what is made available to iDeemlawful, the incident occurred late in the night around 9:52pm with some helpless bodies seen in the video below, dragged out of what seems like a crumbled bus.
The information was still sketchy as at the time of filing this report and no death is confirmed yet.
However, according to the statement made available by the Student Union President which reads; “The accident that recently happened after dam is under control already.All victims are being treated in the University Teaching Hospital. Let’s remain calm !!”
