European Commission has made pronouncements on its commitment to vehemently stop Russian President, Vladimir Putin from continuously using his war chest to wreck monumental destruction in Ukraine.
The statement was contain in its official statement in a video obtained and accredited to Aljazeera.
The commission through its President, Ursula Von Der Leyen also disclosed its stance to cut off Russia from using the globally known inter banks payments platform identified as SWIFT.
This will further handicapped the country financial transactions worldwide.
