{"id":51314,"date":"2026-01-05T08:58:04","date_gmt":"2026-01-05T08:58:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ideemlawful.com\/?p=51314"},"modified":"2026-01-05T08:58:08","modified_gmt":"2026-01-05T08:58:08","slug":"presidency-posts-ai-generated-tinubu-kagame-photo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ideemlawful.com\/wp\/presidency-posts-ai-generated-tinubu-kagame-photo\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidency Posts AI-Generated Tinubu\u2013Kagame Photo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A photograph shared from President Bola Tinubu\u2019s reported meeting with Rwandan President Paul Kagame in Paris has generated online controversy after users noticed a Grok watermark on the image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tinubu was said to have met Kagame on Sunday in Paris, France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, the picture posted on the President\u2019s verified X (formerly Twitter) account bore the watermark of Grok, a generative artificial intelligence chatbot developed by xAI, the AI company owned by Elon Musk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grok is known for its real-time search, image creation and other artificial intelligence\u2013driven capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The same photograph was also circulated by the Special Assistant to the President on New Media, Dada Olusegun, a move that further intensified reactions across social media platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"730\" height=\"746\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ideemlawful.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1383829.webp\" alt=\"1383829\" class=\"wp-image-51327\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ideemlawful.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/1383829.webp 730w, https:\/\/ideemlawful.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/1383829-294x300.webp 294w, https:\/\/ideemlawful.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/1383829-585x598.webp 585w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 730px) 100vw, 730px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Several users on X criticised the development, questioning why an image displaying an AI watermark was used to depict a high-level diplomatic engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An X user, Olayinka, who tweets as #mickoly, wrote, \u201cWhere in Europe is Tinubu? Why post #grok generated photo? No real photo from the meeting?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another user, Joshua Siyanbola #JoshuaSiyanbol4, commented, \u201cThe picture seems to be AI generated image. Infact, it carry Grok signature. I believe we can do better.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attorney General of the Unborn Nation, who tweets as #sonickay, also faulted the post, stating, \u201cDO, the image has Grok watermark at the bottom right corner.
