{"id":31850,"date":"2025-11-18T15:54:37","date_gmt":"2025-11-18T15:54:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ideemlawful.com\/?p=31850"},"modified":"2025-11-18T15:54:41","modified_gmt":"2025-11-18T15:54:41","slug":"dss-police-block-makinde-bala-mohammed-at-pdp-secretariat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ideemlawful.com\/wp\/dss-police-block-makinde-bala-mohammed-at-pdp-secretariat\/","title":{"rendered":"DSS, Police Block Makinde, Bala Mohammed at PDP Secretariat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>There was pandemonium this morning, November 18, 2025, at the PDP national secretariart in Abuja among security officers as Governor of Bauchi, Bala Mohammed, and Seyi Makinde&#8217;s security aides escorted them into the PDP headquarters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to TheCable, the officers at first denied the governor entry until they were pushed back by security aides and supporters loyal to both governors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recall that after the recent national convention held in Ibadan, Oyo state, which produced some executives of the party and expelled the Federal Capital Territory in Abuja, there has been a struggle for control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The party currently has two camps, namely Governor Seyi Makinde&#8217;s camp, which held a national convention in Ibadan and produced Taminu Turaki as the new chairman of the party. This group is bent on taking over the secretariat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The other camp loyal to Nyesom Wike is challenging the legitimacy of the Ibadan convention.
