The Law Students Society, University of Ilorin hosted its annual Cultural Night to mark the administration’s Effulgence Era of 2022/23 on 2nd of june, 2023.
The administration under the watch of Muhammad Bashir Abdulyekeen-ilobu who is the 27th president of the union, convened the cultural Night tagged as ‘Colours of Cultures‘
An event to celebrate the diversity of cultures opened to students from within and beyond the campus saw the attendance of cultural appearance in colors, display of heritages, dance presentation amongst others.
In a terse statement made available to iDeemlawful News revealed due representation of dressing culture of Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa.
“Some people were even dressed in North-Central and middle belt outfits. Kampala just burst everywhere and pretty ladies in their Aso Oke regalia. Men also in sugar daddy agbada” the statement reads.
The dance presentation also took place listing the historic Yoruba Bata dance which blew the crowd away.
