A young lady has sparked outrage after being allegedly caught inside a bank swapping an elderly man’s ATM card in an attempt to steal his money.
In a viral video shared on X (formerly Twitter) by @Chukerice, the woman was said to have entered the bank with the intention of exchanging ATM cards from unsuspecting customers and withdrawing their funds.
Her suspicious movements reportedly drew the attention of bank staff and customers, leading to her arrest by security personnel. The footage showed her surrounded and interrogated, appearing remorseful and bowing her head in shame.
The incident has since gone viral, stirring mixed reactions online. While many condemned her actions, some argued she should have been handed over to the police instead of being publicly humiliated. Others criticized the bank’s lax security, calling for stronger measures to protect elderly and vulnerable customers from similar schemes.
