There was pandemonium in the Ojota area of Lagos on Monday morning as some hoodlums reportedly engaged in a shootout. Reports claimed that the fight started between suspected hoodlums and residents of the area.
iDeemlawful learnt that the Rapid Response Squad (RRS), a detachment of the Lagos State Police Command, were deployed to Ojota immediately to restore calmness.
Another report has claimed two lives has been lost. One can be confirmed as at the time this report was published.
However, photos and videos emerging from the scene show that a casualty was recorded. It was claimed that a civilian was shot dead when members of the Oodua Peoples Congress (OPC) and operatives of the police engaged in a physical clash
