Olaoluwa Oyo APC Chieftain: Tinubu’s Policies Will Rectify Past Errors

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Hon. Peter Abidemi Olaoluwa, yesterday expressed optimism that the policies of President Bola Tinubu will correct mistakes of past administrations and bring about meaningful development to the country.

This is just as he said, the APC-led administration is committed to learning from past errors and implementing policies that will drive growth and progress in the nation.

Olaoluwa popularly referred to as OPA, while addressing party faithful at the state party secretariat in Ibadan, remarked that, the party is dedicated towards ensuring that the country get back on track and that the welfare of citizens is been prioritized.

He is optimistic that the APC-led administration would turn things around and make a positive impact on the lives of Nigerians, encouraging Nigerians to be patient and give the administration time it needs to implement its policies and programmes.

The chieftain said: “The policies put in place by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is to correct past mistakes. He is an accountant as myself. We accountants know every nooks and crannies of the economy, and we know what to put in place to correct the wrongs in the economy.

“The policies of the president are to correct the wrong of past administrations, though, it may take time to correct, if we can support his policies, there will be a stunning light at the end of the tunnel.”

On the purpose of his visit to the APC secretariat, Oseni said he was there to condole with the party on the demise of it’s late Chairman, Mr. Isaac Omodewu, and as well congratulate it (the party) on the emergence of the acting Chairman, Alhaji Olayide Abas.

He then urged members to join hands as stakeholders and foster unity by coming up with a blue print that will return the party to power in 2027.

The acting chairman of the party represented by the state Secretary, Alhaji Tajudeen Olanite, in his remarks, thanked Olaoluwa for deeming it fit to visit the party secretariat, stating that the leadership of the party is happy that he (Olaoluwa) is associating with the party.

Spotlight of the event included the donation of #2 million operational allowance and brand new air conditioner to the party by the APC chieftain.
