Full statement reads:

“The National Association of Kwara State Law Students (NAKLAS NH) is the only recognized body overseeing the affairs of indigent Kwara State law students regarding scholarships across the federation.

“We have come across certain information circulating about law school scholarships and wish to state categorically that NAKLAS (NHQ) has no affiliation with any survey initiative or association and/or any other nomenclature howsoever and/or whatsoever called created by law graduates regarding this matter. While we acknowledge their grievances and their right to voice concerns, We strongly dissociate ourselves from any information arising from, emanating from, associated with, or incidental to any scholarship-related discourse that does not originate directly from NAKLAS (NHQ).

“As the National Executive President of NAKLAS (NHQ), my team and I have been working tirelessly on securing law school scholarships. We have engaged with the Kwara State Government and the Scholarship Board, and we maintain a strong relationship with the state authorities. We remain confident that the funds will be disbursed soon.
