Armed Robbers Attack Yinka Ayefele’s Radio Station In Ibadan

Armed robbers on Sunday invaded the Ibadan office of Fresh FM owned by popular musician, Yinka Ayefele.

The brigands, numbering three, broke in around 6:00 a.m. for the duration of a live broadcast and carted away treasured items.

One of the team workers of the radio station, Abolade Salami, in the course of his program ‘Agbo Oselu’, made the ordeal known.

He said robbers attacked body of workers on duty with weapons and forcefully amassed their belongings.

Another personnel of the radio station, Kenny Ogunmiloro, corroborated his story on Twitter.

He said radio stations are not spared in the cutting-edge porous degree of insecurity in the county.

He stated that phones, laptops, ATM cards and other valuables had been carted away during the robbery, including that no one was bodily harm with by the robbers.

“Nowhere is protected again, now not even radio stations are spared once more in d porous level of insecurity in the country,” he tweeted.
