The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, has arrived in Benin, the Edo State Capital, as part of the party’s campaigns ahead of the 2023 presidential election.Upon his arrival, Atiku visited the state Government House and was received by government officials.
He subsequently proceeded to the palace of the Oba of Benin, Ewuare II, where he is currently meeting with the monarch.
