Magistrate I. O. Osho, however, did not consider taking the plea of the suspects.

She ordered that they be remanded in Abolongo Correctional Centre, Oyo Town.

Ms Osho directed the police to return the case file to the Oyo State Director of Public Prosecutions.

Meanwhile, the matter was adjourned till July 5, for mentioning.

Earlier, the Prosecution Counsel, Inspector Foluke Adedosu had informed the court that Tukur, Riskuwa and Babuga at about 5:00 p.m., conspired to commit the offence to wit murder.

Ms Adedosu said that the suspects on April 4, at about 10:45 p.m. shot to death their colleague, Tukur Ibrahim, 30.

She stated that the incident befell at Lube village in Oyo State.

She said the suspects had been arrested with one local made barrel gun with one stay cartridge with no justification.
