The Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF) and Operation Hadin Kai (OPHK) late on Thursday jointly conducted massive airstrikes on Islamic State’s West Africa Province (ISWAP) terror group.
It was learnt that several terrorists were neutralized in villages in the nearby Marte district in the Borno town of Gamboru: Abbaganaram, Bukar Mairam and Jubularam
According to Zagazola Makama, a counter insurgency expert, ISWAP are currently evacuating dead bodies.
Despite incessant attacks by Boko Haram/ISWAP, troops are unyielding on the battlefield.
