A middle aged man identified as Sakiru Famuyiwa has reportedly stolen two youngsters from a Celestial Church of Christ in the Ijeja location of Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.
It was reported that the suspect was, not long, apprehended on Friday after the incident was reported at the Ibara police division.
Ogun police spokesman, Abimbola Oyeyemi, said that the suspect and an accomplice currently not found had sneaked into the children’s branch in the duration of the Good Friday and stole two children, aged two and three.
The suspects were sighted by way of a member of the church while they were leaving with the children.
