A former Chief Judge of Borno State high Court, Hon. Justice (rtd) Alhaji Muhammad Kaumi Kolo is Dead.
Announcing the death on Sunday in a statement made available to BarristerNG and gathered by iDeemlawful, an ICT & Information Officer of the High Court Maiduguri stated that the late jurist died in the late midnight hours of Saturday.
According to him “It is with profound sadness and a heavy heart that I share with you the news that Hon. Justice (rtd) Alhaji Muhammad Kaumi Kolo former Chief Judge of Borno State died in the late midnight hours of Saturday.
“Burial time 4:00pm today Sunday, 15th August, 2021 at his residence Old GRA Gambole – Al-Ansar Mosque Street Maiduguri,” he said.
