A birthday celebrant and At least two guests have been accidentally dropped dead by a police escort in an attempt to give a gunshot salute in Lagos.
In a video clips seen and obtained by this online news platform captured some moments.
The celebrant was seen in a money spray spree with friends before he was shot dead by his police escort.
It was reported that the ugly incident occurred in a Lounge Called DA SILVA on Monday night, 25th April, in Gowon estate of Lagos state
It was also learnt that two persons reportedly died from gunshot injuries, as the celebrant and other guest sustained bullet wounds
The MOPOL who shot sporadically was believed to be under influence of alcohol.
According to Eco Intelligence, while attempting to give the celebrant gun salute, the round selector was possibly on rapid firing resulting in losing control of the weapon, killing the celebrant and another guest on the spot.
