The trauma of average lagosian both natives and residents has taken his peaceful night rest. A true leader can not rest when his followers are unrest. The need to take Lagos State to greater heights in terms of transportation, health, economy, education, among others propelled Tope Balogun in becoming the forerunner of Lagos affairs.

• He has served as a member, Contact and Mobilization committee for People’s Democratic Party, Lagos State
•He has successfully served as Secretary, Directorate of Organization, Jonathan/Sambo Campaign Organization (Senator Obanikoro Group), Lagos State
• He has, without doubt, successfully served as Returning Officer, National and State Assembly Elections, Surulere Constituency 2
• He served with utmost dedication as Deputy National Coordinator Sule Lamido Support Group (Presidential Aspiration)
• He has served as the Assistant General Secretary of Orile Iganmu Progressive Association
• He has acquired wealth of knowledge and leadership experience by participating in various National Conventions and Conferences

His unforgettable contributions to the growth of his community and the society at large are felt by all and sundry, young and old, indigenes and residents. A person who heart is overflowing with deep and undying passion to liberate lagosians from shackles of low standard of living, low income and retard development. Lagos is losing its fame and honor!
