In Muwo’s heart, where red sand gleams,
A Nupe land, with culture divine,
The slogan echoes, proud and free,
“A land not swampy, but yet swampy”

The sandy nature, though when coal tyre comes and goes,
Embracing all, with warm, golden looks,
The land’s unique charm, a story tells,
Of resilience, and Nupe dwell.

Our dialect, a symphony sweet,
Echoes of ancestors, at your feet,
Proudly spoken, with hearts aglow,
Nupe language, forever to grow.

In Muwo’s community thrives,
Laughter and love, in every stride,
From dawn’s warmth to dusk’s golden light,
Muwo shines bright, a pure delight.

Though not swampy, yet swampy,
Muwo’s essence, dispels all alarm,
A land of pride, where roots run deep,
Nupe heritage, forever to keep.

My hometown’s spirit, forever strong,
A beacon shines, where love belongs,
In Muwo’s heart, i’ll forever stay,
A Nupe son, every day.
