The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has dismissed social media claims suggesting that Prospective Corps Members without Call-Up Numbers should visit State Secretariats to obtain them.
In a statement signed by Acting Director of Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu, the NYSC clarified that the information did not originate from the organisation and urged the public to disregard it.
The agency warned against misleading messages circulated by mischief-makers.

The organisation emphasised that all official communication is conducted exclusively through individual dashboards and its approved social media platforms.
Prospective Corps Members are advised to remain patient, check their dashboards regularly, and follow NYSC’s official social media channels for updates.
