Keyamo further mentioned that after Peter Obi had proven he came second, that is when hey can wrestle the position of the presidency with the President-Elect, Bola Tinubu.

As he wrotes: “Peter Obi & Labour Party cannot even come to court & ask to be declared winner straightaway.

“They have to first fight PDP in order to prove they came second, before they can have the temerity to face @officialABAT. So, there is no room for cooperation b/w Labour & PDP in court.”

  • Why Peoples Democratic Party loose out in presidential election?
In related news, Festus Keyamo, has claimed the opposition parties lost the presidential election because they failed to form an alliance.

In a tweet via his verified Twitter handle on Thursday, Keyamo said in order to kick out the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in 2015, different parties merged to form the APC and it won.

The Minister of State for Labour and Employment said that for PDP to kick APC out of power, it fragmented into three opposing parties namely Labour Party, the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), and PDP.
