Barcelona’s Former, Sergio Aguero Man City Striker Retires

Sergio Aguero made two starts in Barcelona after joining the club from Manchester City in the summer.

Sergio Aguero has announced his retirement from football within six months of joining Barcelona from Manchester City.

33-year-old Aguero has only appeared five times on the Catalan side as a result of injuries and health problems since he moved to Spain.

He was taken to the hospital on October 30 after experiencing “chest discomfort” in a one-on-one draw with Alavés.

Aguero finished his career with 427 goals in 786 games.
